As we have seen in the previous post, we already know what differences there are when we buy a home from a Resident or a Non-Resident. Now we are going to emphasize that we must take into account if We sell our home to a Non-Resident.

In the first place, when selling a flat to Non-Residents in Spain, the buyer is required to obtain the Foreigner Identification Number (NIE) before deeding the sale.

It is also convenient that this open a bank account in our country to prove the payment of the sale and the taxes derived from the operation.
